Current web tools are browser-only. Any release, commercial, server, account or external-service capability remains deliberately disabled until its evidence and owner decisions exist.
Tool inputs
Pasted content and selected files remain in browser memory. No input is uploaded or added to the offline app shell. Exports are created locally only after an explicit action.
Browser storage
The toolbench does not deliberately persist inputs. “Clear all tool and packet state” removes current inputs, generated output, staged packet items, raw-input opt-ins and dpdp.store-prefixed localStorage keys; it cannot delete downloads, clipboard contents, browser-extension records or operating-system copies.
Public offline shell
A production visit may store versioned copies of public pages, styles and scripts in browser CacheStorage. This cache contains no tool input or result, and can be removed from the Security page or through browser site-data controls.
